How long does the build take?
A home sauna takes 2–4 weeks on site plus 1–2 weeks for materials. Infrared cabins install in 1–2 days, outdoor cabins in 1–2 weeks, steam rooms need 3–5 weeks for the waterproofing to cure, cold plunges 1–2 weeks, and commercial projects run 4–8 weeks.
Which areas of Surabaya do you cover?

Does a sauna pay off for a gym or hotel?

Can I build a sauna myself?
Partly — the frame and panelling are realistic DIY if you know carpentry. The wiring, heater and vapour barrier belong to a specialist. Our honest guide: building your own sauna.
What about my home’s PLN electrical capacity?
A 6–9 kW heater needs 7,700–11,000 VA — older homes on 2,200–5,500 VA need a PLN upgrade, which we help arrange. Where an upgrade is impossible, an infrared cabin runs on just 1.7–2.4 kW.
What warranty do you give?
The structure carries a written 2-year warranty; Harvia, Sawo and Tylo heaters bring a 1–2 year factory warranty. Spare parts ship from our warehouse in Indonesia — replacement takes days, not months.
Surabaya is hot already — does a sauna make sense?
Sauna heat is different: dry 70–90°C air at 10–20% humidity, nothing like a sticky 33°C afternoon. That contrast is exactly why the recovery effect works. We unpack it in the tropical climate article.
