How the sauna build process works in Surabaya
You do not need to know the dimensions, the electrical load or the type of wood before you contact us — that is our job. The process is simple and staged: you send a message, our manager calls you the same day, and we guide every step that follows through to your sauna's first session.

From the first message to first heat
Two sentences are enough: where it goes and the kind of sauna you picture. Not sure of the technical detail? No problem — that is ours to work out.
No bot, no template reply. Our manager calls to understand what you need, answer your first questions, and explain the options that make sense for your space.
Photos of the room, corner or plot where the sauna will stand. From these we immediately assess what is possible: size, access, power points and ventilation.
Our team comes to measure in person, check your PLN power capacity and review the room. The survey is free across Greater Surabaya, with no commitment.
We produce a visual of how your sauna will look in the space — bench layout, heater position, the glass door and lighting. Not a confusing technical drawing, but a real picture you can sign off on.
An itemised cost breakdown — materials, heater, electrics and labour — with a realistic build schedule. Transparent, with no hidden costs.
Once agreed, a 50% deposit starts the work and the imported materials are ordered. The first stage runs; the second payment is scheduled near finishing. You receive photo progress updates throughout.
Before we call it done, the sauna is fired up in full with you — confirming temperature, ventilation and every detail. Then your written 2-year construction warranty begins.
Why staged
Why are payment and the build staged?
Staged payment protects both sides. The 50% deposit covers the imported materials we must pay for up front; the balance near finishing means you only settle up once you have watched the work go as agreed. There is no full payment before anything is installed.
A staged build also means you always know where the project stands. We report each stage with photos, and for commercial projects in Surabaya — gyms, hotels or padel clubs — we fit the installation schedule around your operating hours so the business keeps running.

Frequently asked questions
Is the survey and consultation really free?
Yes. The site survey, measurements, design visual and quote are all free across Greater Surabaya. You pay nothing until you approve the quote and pay the 50% deposit.
Do I have to pay in full up front?
Never. A 50% deposit starts the work and orders materials; the balance is paid near finishing. The breakdown is on the pricing page.
What if my home's electrical capacity is too low?
We calculate the power requirement at the survey and help arrange the PLN upgrade. Where an upgrade is not possible, an infrared cabin runs on just 1.7–2.4 kW.
Can I see examples of finished work?
Yes. Full models and specifications from 2 to 20 people are on the projects page, photographed down to the joints and seals.
