Red cedar here is not about showing off. Its grain stays calm through Surabaya humidity that practically never drops, the aroma lasts for years, and the colour only gains character with use. Splitting the seating into two tiers lets one cabin serve two temperaments: children and first-timers settle comfortably on the lower level, while whoever is chasing a proper sweat climbs to the top.

The typical buyer is a family home in Rungkut or Gubeng, often converting a storeroom or a spare bedroom. But we have noticed a newer pattern: gym owners and hotel managers who ordered commercial units from us keep coming back to order this format for their own houses. The standard does not change either way: heat-rated SiHF cable, a dedicated breaker, an ELCB, and a full test heat-up before the keys change hands. The 7,700 VA requirement is confirmed at the survey, with PLN upgrade support included when needed.

Our house is still on 5,500 VA — what happens if we install anyway?

A 6 kW heater on a 5,500 VA property ends up competing with the air conditioning and everything else, and the main breaker almost always loses that fight in the evening. That is why 7,700 VA is the requirement here. The upgrade follows official PLN tariffs, is paid by the owner, and we sort the paperwork — usually done before the imported materials even arrive.

Why not just one long bench in a family cabin?

Because four people rarely want the same temperature. The lower tier holds around 70°C for children and newcomers; the upper tier stores roughly 85°C for the practised. One long bench forces everyone to compromise — two tiers let everyone win.

What investment range are we talking about?
