A complete structural build — framing, 50 mm rockwool insulation, an aluminium-foil vapour barrier, the air gap, imported wall panelling, benches, an 8 mm tempered-glass door, and lighting.

What clients ask before they commit
We run a padel or fitness club — which format handles heavy daily traffic?
Size it to your busiest hour, not your average one: a 12-person format (IDR 230–290 million) comfortably absorbs a dozen members rotating through; beyond that, the 20-person club tier runs twin heaters and opens at IDR 300 million. Our factory floor in the Gresik belt already has heavy-duty 3-phase power — does that change anything?
It helps a lot. Existing 3-phase supply usually means we skip the PLN upgrade step entirely and move straight to sizing the heater bank; industrial sites also tend to already have the floor loading and drainage a commercial sauna needs, which shortens the civil-works line on your quote.
Houses in Citraland or Pakuwon tend to be large — does that push the price up automatically?
Not on its own. Square footage of the house does not set the sauna’s price, room size does — a generous villa with a compact 2×2 m sauna prices the same as any other home build. What actually changes the number is ceiling height, crew access to the wall, and how far materials travel across the estate.
Surabaya gets genuinely hot — does that affect the heater or the cold-plunge chiller?
Mostly on the cold side: a chiller here works harder to hold 8–15°C against ambient heat than the same unit would in a cooler city, so we size chillers a notch above the manufacturer’s baseline recommendation. Heaters are unaffected — a sauna room stays insulated and sealed regardless of the weather outside.
What does a sauna cost to run once it is installed?
For home use at 2–3 sessions a week, a dry sauna runs roughly IDR 200–500K a month, an infrared cabin IDR 100–250K, a steam room IDR 300–600K. Commercial rooms cost more simply because they operate far longer hours — we model that from your actual schedule as part of the quote.
