Darkened thermowood gives the interior a calm, deep character, and it is technically more stable against humidity too, since it is heat-treated without chemicals. We build the contrast through light: warm LED under both bench tiers, and one onyx accent wall backlit from behind — real stone, chosen slab by slab.
We build this class most often into older Darmo houses with a basement or large storeroom to convert, and into premium units in Pakuwon Indah. An 8 kW heater with a digital ceiling sensor holds readings within about 1°C, with ventilation sized for the roughly 10.6 m³ volume. With an 11,000 VA requirement, this project runs smoothest in homes already on higher-capacity power — or we arrange the PLN upgrade as part of the build.
